Faisal Hashim, MBA, serves as Managing Director of Williamsville Psychiatry PLLC, where he oversees the practice’s business operations, strategic growth, and administrative development.

In his role, Faisal works closely with the practice’s physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, therapists, and administrative team to support efficient operations and ensure patients have access to high-quality psychiatric and behavioral health services. His responsibilities include practice management, provider recruitment and contracting, financial and revenue-cycle oversight, payer relations, business development, and the implementation of new clinicaln of medication management, psychotherapy, telepsychiatry, and interventional psychiatry services. He focuses on developing systems that improve patient access, strengthen clinical operations, and allow providers to concentrate on delivering excellent patient care.

With a Master of Business Administration, Faisal brings a business-focused and operational approach to healthcare management while maintaining an emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and the long-term development of the practice.
