Dr. Hashim is a Psychiatrist board certified by the American board of psychiatry and neurology. He additionally has a special interest in child & adolescent psychiatry and completed a fellowship in child & adolescent psychiatry at St Vincent’s Hospital In New York, New York. Dr. Hashim has practiced extensively in both the inpatient and outpatient practice setting and has served as an attending psychiatrist at Brylin Hospitals for the Child & Adolescent Inpatient unit and the adult inpatient unit. Additionally, he served as Medical Director of Eastern Niagara Hospitals Child & Adolescent Psychiatry inpatient unit. In 1995 he began his outpatient practice and offered services to children, adolescents, and adults. In 2015 he relocated his practice to its present location and spends his time working with children, adolescents, and adults in the outpatient setting. He provides comprehensive assessments and follow up visits for medication management and psychotherapy. He is experienced in behavioral disorders, ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, PTSD, and many other emotional disorders experienced by patients.

Ashley Ausikaitis, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist. She provides evaluations, assessments, and interventions for patients from age 3 through adulthood. During her time at Loyola University of Chicago, she worked in various schools and was a graduate research assistant at Shriners Hospitals for Children Chicago conducting neuropsycholoigcal testing for children with cleft lip/palate. After moving to New York City for her predoctoral internship at MercyFirst's residential treatment center for adolescents with court-ordered placements. There she conducted individual, group and family therapy, treating PTSD, chronic stress, family dysfunction, mental health issues and substance abuse disorders. Dr. Ausikaitis was a postdoctoral psychology Child Welfare fellow at Westchester Institute for Human Development, working with children and families in the foster care system as well as adults with developmental disabilities. She also worked as the Director of Behavior Services at Cerebral Palsy of Westchester, serving children and adults with developmental disabilities.
Dr. Ausikaitis is available for cognitive, achievement, projective, emotional and neuropsychological psychological testing as well as individual, family and couples therapy. Her orientation is cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and play therapy with a social justice and strengths-based approach.

Katherine Miller, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist and provides psychotherapy and assessment services for patients from ages 3 through adulthood. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Educational Psychology and completed her doctoral internship and postdoctoral training at Devereux Children's Behavioral Health Services. While there, she provided individual, group, and family therapy services to children and adolescents in a residential mental health treatment facility. She also conducted comprehensive psychodiagnostic evaluations. In addition, Dr. Miller worked as a School Psychologist at an elementary school in Pennsylvania, and she administered and interpreted cognitive, achievement, and behavioral testing for students with disabilities. She provided recommendations for educational interventions to be implemented to support students' learning.
Dr. Miller utilizes a cognitive-behavioral perspective in order to individualize goals and treatment plans for clients and families. She provides therapy services using a dialectical-behavioral, behavioral, and/or other skills-based approaches when needed. She takes a strength-based, ecological perspective. She is also available for cognitive, achievement, emotional, and behavioral testing.
Greg Groth is a certified physician assistant and brings a diverse well-rounded background as he is experienced in primary care, psychiatry, and graduated from Dyouville locally. He strives to provide realistic quality care to patients of all ages and treats adults, teens, and offers both medication management and some psychotherapy.
