Dr. Hashim is a Psychiatrist board certified by the American board of psychiatry and neurology. He additionally has a special interest in child & adolescent psychiatry and completed a fellowship in child & adolescent psychiatry at St Vincent’s Hospital In New York, New York. Dr. Hashim has practiced extensively in both the inpatient and outpatient practice setting and has served as an attending psychiatrist at Brylin Hospitals for the Child & Adolescent Inpatient unit and the adult inpatient unit. Additionally, he served as Medical Director of Eastern Niagara Hospitals Child & Adolescent Psychiatry inpatient unit. In 1995 he began his outpatient practice and offered services to children, adolescents, and adults. In 2015 he relocated his practice to its present location and spends his time working with children, adolescents, and adults in the outpatient setting. He provides comprehensive assessments and follow up visits for medication management and psychotherapy. He is experienced in behavioral disorders, ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, PTSD, and many other emotional disorders experienced by patients.

Dr. Al-Rashdan completed her training at the NY Metropolitan Hospital in New York New York serving as the Chief Psychiatry Resident. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology and is well versed in working with adult patients with various diagnoses including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and is available in our outpatient setting for appointments.
Katherine Miller, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist and provides psychotherapy and assessment services for patients from ages 3 through adulthood. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Educational Psychology and completed her doctoral internship and postdoctoral training at Devereux Children's Behavioral Health Services. While there, she provided individual, group, and family therapy services to children and adolescents in a residential mental health treatment facility. She also conducted comprehensive psychodiagnostic evaluations. In addition, Dr. Miller worked as a School Psychologist at an elementary school in Pennsylvania, and she administered and interpreted cognitive, achievement, and behavioral testing for students with disabilities. She provided recommendations for educational interventions to be implemented to support students' learning.
Dr. Miller utilizes a cognitive-behavioral perspective in order to individualize goals and treatment plans for clients and families. She provides therapy services using a dialectical-behavioral, behavioral, and/or other skills-based approaches when needed. She takes a strength-based, ecological perspective. She is also available for cognitive, achievement, emotional, and behavioral testing.
Dr. Annalett joins our practice and is board certified by the American Board of psychiatry and neurology and additionally has an interest in the geriatric population. She is available for consults, psychiatric evaluations, medication Managemnt and is experienced in developing unique treatment plans for each patient she treats.
Greg Groth is a certified physician assistant and brings a diverse well-rounded background as he is experienced in primary care, psychiatry, and graduated from Dyouville locally. He strives to provide realistic quality care to patients of all ages and treats adults, teens, and offers both medication management and some psychotherapy.
Fred Kubus PA-C is a Physician Assistant who graduated from Touro University in Nevada and practiced for two years in the primary care setting. In 2017 Fred joined Williamsville Psychiatry seeing patients in the speciality of psychiatry. He treats various diagnoses and uses a collaborative approach to treatment and is experienced in both primary care and psychiatry. In his free time Fred enjoys watching sports and spending time with family.
